Associate Veterinary and Veterinary Clinic Membership Requirements:

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
Members are required to maintain licenses, permits and insurances, current at all times and to provide updated information at any time upon request.

Veterinarian License: Graduation Certificate - Veterinarians
Applicants must provide proof that they are registered or licensed to do business in the state/province or country where they provide services.

Veterinary Clinic Business License: Local Business License
Applicants must provide proof that they are registered or licensed to do business in the state/province or country where they provide services.

Liability Insurance: Applicants must have business liability insurance (if required in their country)and provide a copy of the insurance policy or certificate showing the insurance carrier, name of the insured, coverage amounts, and expiration date.

• The IPATA Application fee is $400 and is non-refundable.

• The IPATA Annual dues for an Associate Membership are $1,705. Effective 2023
