Credit card payments will be processed by our office and a receipt emailed. For bank wires, wire instructions will be forwarded upon receipt of your registration form. For payment by check, the check MUST be drawn on a US bank and in US dollars or it will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the meeting, there is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancel within 30 days, no refund but, substitutions are welcome.

Concent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPATA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IPATA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, content of presentations (including panel discussions) and audio tapes of such events and activities. Unless you inform IPATA that you object, permission is assumed.
