Many of us also toured the new Mickelham Quarantine Station with DAFF. It was good to learn the in's and out's of this wonderful facility.
Thank you to Pet Express Transport Services (PETS) for bringing us "All Things Wild: The Zoo Comes to You" with Chris Humfrey! We had a fun hands on zoo experience including koala, joey kangaroos, echidna, dingo, sugar gliding possum, endangered mountain pygmy possum, fairy penguin, gray headed flying fox, behemoth python snakes, salt water crocodiles, eye-licking leaf-tailed geckos, fresh water turtle, tree goanna, colorful parrots, endangered owl species, laughing kookaburras and more!
