I needed to have Kitty, my Siamese cat, flown from New Mexico to Florida very quickly (as in, less than a week!). With the summer coming on, most airlines had already entered a blackout period where flying pets would be difficult if not impossible due to the heat. I had never arranged travel for a pet before, and was feeling overwhelmed and worried I couldn't make it happen. I contacted Bridget with Happy Tails Travel, and she swooped in to save the day (and Kitty!). She was able to find a series of flights the same day that I first contacted her, and created a plan and set of instructions that made it almost effortless on my part. On the day of Kitty's big move, there was a bad delay on the first flight, such that Kitty would not be able to make the connecting flight. Once again, Bridget saved the day by finding a different flight that would still get him there at approximately the same time as the original flight, and handled the arrangements with nothing more from me than a quick phone call to let me know what was happening. I couldn't have asked for better, quicker, and more friendly service, and would recommend Happy Tails Travel to anyone looking to relocate their pet(s). I can tell that Bridget truly has a passion for animals, and does everything she can to ensure a safe, low-stress, and successful trip for your furry loved ones!

First and foremost, I must admit that it was an extreme pleasure dealing with Worldwide Dogs -- specifically, you and Pablo. I know the volcanic ash clouds really hampered flight operations in Buenos Aires, but you really made the challenging situation quite bearable. Our German Shepherd Dog, Niko, made it safely to Houston, TX with no problem.

In my view, your company excels in ever facet of the pet shipping process, but I was most impressed with the customer service. I never had an issue with speaking to you during the many flight cancellations, airport closures, date changes, etc. It was even more difficult because since I was moving from Argentina, I did not have access to email, the internet, or a cellular phone. This fact did not dissuade your persistence in keeping me informed. In fact, I didn't even have to initiate the coordination in many cases. As soon as you learned of a flight cancellation, you promptly contacted me with a sound recommendation on the way forward. Thank you. My wife and I enjoyed the notifications sent by Worldwide Dogs informing us that Niko made it to the airport, departed as planned, and arrived at the destination. It was also very pleasant to deal with kind, understanding, and thoughtful Worldwide Dogs employees (specifically, you and Pablo) throughout the process.

Unfortunately, we started the pet shipping process with another company. This company had comparable prices, but every step seemed to be very difficult and responses were very untimely. I decided to change services to Worldwide Dogs and I'm very happy that I did. The problems immediately disappeared. With my delay in selecting your company, you worked closely with me and really went above and beyond to ensure that Niko was prepared to depart the country when I needed him to.

My family and I greatly appreciates Worldwide Dogs and I will certainly recommend your company to all of our fellow pet owners located in Argentina and beyond.

We would like to thank you and all your dedicated staff for taking such competent and sincere care of our “puppies”!

When we decided to move from Costa Rica from Louisiana, the most stressful part of the upcoming move was finding a way to get our dogs there too, safely. Having 2 giant breed dogs and 1 extra large dog posed many problems- most commercial airlines simply would not accept dogs of their size, as the custom kennels required would not fit into the cargo hold of the planes. After hours of research into commercial planes, private planes, cargo ships, and cruise ships, I finally was referred to you by someone who said you had an office out of Costa Rica. Imagine my relief when we spoke and you told me not to worry, and that you could fly my babies to San Jose with no problem! I probably asked the same safety questions a million times, but was always patiently reassured.

One road trip to Miami later, our 2 English Mastiffs (Bruno 200+ lbs. and Petra 170+ lbs) along with our sweet mixed breed Akita/St. Bernard (Suki 75 lbs.) were loaded into the crates that you arranged for us, and loaded into the cargo plane. A few hours later, they arrived safe and sound in Costa Rica, and have been living the “Pura Vida” on our property ever since.

Anyone who feels like it is an impossible task flying giant breed dogs out of the country safely can rest assured that it IS, in fact, possible, and that World Pet Travel is the company who can help ease your mind and take care of everything you need.

Trying to adjust to the idea of moving was hard enough without having to worry about my pets, too. We had so many things to do and prepare for the move it was overwhelming!! The most important thing for me was to ensure that a reputable business handled the shipping of my pets. I'm really sorry it has taken me such a long time to email to say hello but I have been so busy here. It's really exciting though and I am enjoying being here. There is a lot of exploring to do in my new garden. It isn't very big but there is lots of grass to eat and there are some other cats around that I am trying to be friends with. Mum doesn't let me out though when the other cats are there just in case they try and hurt me. Unfortunately I do not have many teeth left because some meanie took them all out 2 months ago so I will not be able to bite them but we have had some fights through the glass windows it's really fun.

It is getting really cold here and my fur coat is looking really cool (apart from those stupid bald patches under my arms where they shaved me and covered me in jelly for a heart scan).

I hope you are well. I miss you lots and miss the nice cuddles when I was feeling lonely. Please tell Elizabeth that I am very well and happy here in England. My new doctor is nice too and he says that my kidneys are doing ok and I do not need any special food and my heart is also doing ok. I feel great and am still running around and jumping on things like a kitten. (he is 16)

Our relocation from Australia back to the UK didn't always run smoothly with a few hiccups along the way. We didn't have a clue where to start in getting his travel organized but right from the start you made this a stress-free process for us.

Through all the turmoil and upheaval Animal Travel were the most patient, professional and friendly service I have ever dealt with. The most worrying thing for us was making sure our lovely dog Mason was looked after and Animal Travel certainly made sure this was the case.

Thank you so much for looking after him so well at your boarding kennels for 2 months before his flight. It was great to get regular updates from you whilst he was with you. I know Mason loved playing with your Dobermann Morgan all day too. Mason arrived in the UK looking very healthy and in good spirits and seems to be adapting to the UK climate very well and loves chasing the squirrels in our local forest.

I recently imported my pet into London from Barcelona. Her name is Guapa and it is a beautiful Persian black cat. Despite the nightmare it is to import a pet into the UK (rabies blood testing, quarantine, double and triple certificates...), I had the luck to look into IPATA webpage and contact SIC SL (Sistemes Internationals de Carrega SL) in Barcelona.

They took care of all the paperwork, making sure all certificates required were ready for her to travel, even contacting the vet directly to make sure everything was in order and when any further action was required.

They took the right dimensions for the kennel, given the restrictions that the airline had regarding the issue. They arranged all the airport tickets, collected the cat from the specified point and checked her in at the airport.
I was informed by email and by direct phone contact, since the moment they had the cat until she landed in London Heathrow.

I am extremely satisfied about their service and I strongly recommend other pet owners in the same situation to use SIC SL services.

After thorough researches on the internet, I was – and I must say that – really blessed to find Las Lunas. What can I say? They took care of EVERYTHING, with such professionalism, attention, support, helpfulness, that I wish more service providers, from the most different areas could learn with them. I, pretty much, used almost all of their services: Charlotte had a wonderful time while boarding in their Petty Inn. How do I know that? Because of the photos I was often sent by them… I could see how happy she was among her new human and dog friends; we have decided that it would be useful, as well, for her to have some training and so they did in a brilliant way. We could see that clearly in the video that we have received from our dog training later, which showed us her evolution through out the days (which was very emotional for us, because we saw it a few hours before her arrival); finally, we have used their International Pet Shipping, a class “A” service, which included veterinarian, transportation, legal paperwork, more pictures, real time tracking and constant follow up until she arrived here, well, healthy and happy.

What else to say? Well, despite no money can pay for the safety, confidence, attention and support we had, I have to say that their price is very fair and competitive among similar providers, who we don’t know, at least, that they have that extra perk that Las Lunas has: a team of pet lovers.

Our cat Sid stayed with Las Lunas for some months and was brought back to Australia personally by Manuel when he attended a conference in Sydney in May.

It is our experience that Manuel strives to improve services for both his human and animal clients. We received regular You Tube clips and emails about Sid's stay. Manuel has good professinal relationships with AQIS management which is great for arranging the transfer to Australia. He kept us informed at all stages involved in Sid's return. We got to review all AQIS document and were sent emails from Las Lunas with confirmation that Sid was on his way to the airport, had been checked in and was on all flight connections. Great service.

Buddy and Sassy are here, safe and sound here in Paradise! It's so GREAT to have them back sleeping next to me on the couch... they love the house and yard, and appear to be in super shape! I'll give you a call tomorrow, but wanted you to know they are here. They arrived about 1915hrs, and we had them in the truck by 1950, and home by 2030. VIP Sitters did a fantastic job helping me to care for my many pets: two cats and two dogs. I think it would be fair to say that I can't imagine how my pets would have made it without VIP Sitters.

In November 2005, I was in Kathmandu and my two lovely kitties were with a friend in Boston. When my friend emailed that she could no longer care for my cats, I contacted VIP Sitters. They were outstanding! Their shipping specialists made all the arrangements, one flew down to Boston, took my kitties to their vet to update their shots, flew them back to Toronto, and a VIP Sitter cared for them for five months until I returned to North America.

I don't know of any other service that would undertake this kind of work and perform it in such an amazingly helpful, professional, and kind manner. When I got home five months
later, my beautiful kitties were happy and purring. What a wonderful reunion that was!

Some months later, VIP Sitters again saved my animal family when they helped me to bring my two beautiful rescue dogs from India to New York. VIP Sitters met me and my dogs at the airport in New York when we arrived after 40 hours in ransit, drove us home, and helped us through the first difficult days while my dogs adjusted to life in the West.

Since then, my dogs have boarded with VIP Sitters when we visited Toronto and they had a great time.

It's crazy, I live in New York City, but any time I am looking for reliable pet care, I always think of VIP Sitters in Toronto first.

Hi Manuel and everybody at Las Lunas,

The dogs are finally here in Oulu, Finland! I was very pleased to see that they all are in very good shape and the long flight did not harm them in any way! The crates were dry and clean so they were taken care of during the long flights, in Frankfurt and Helsinki they got out to be able to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. All three of them were very happy to see me. After some playing in the snow and a nice meal, they are now lying beside me and seem to be happy to be here. Viki, the terrier, does not leave me out of sight, she seems to be the one who was missing me the most! Even though the weather here is about -3 degrees Celsius and in Buenos Aires it was +20, they are not cold, they love the snow!

I also noticed that you washed them before sending them, thank you! They look good and healthy.

Thank you very, very much for taking care of my dogs! I could not have done it without your help!

One more thing; Pet Cargo told me that since EU now is so strict about importing dogs, customs both in Frankfurt and Helsinki checked all the paper work twice! All paperwork was very good and they had nothing to complain about. A friend, who tried to import a rottweiler from Slovakia at the same time, was not so lucky. Her dog was sent back to Slovakia since the paperwork was not done correctly. So, thanks for this also!

We happened to know you and Groovy Pet through Google Search engine by internet connection and also by the introduction of Mr.Simon - Dogs Tainer-which based in Brisbane.

Our story started from our boat accident in Sumba island, Indonesia last year. Worse than that we had left Luna, our dog, there with the boat. The heart sank and seemed that it died with sorrow. We hoped that as she was a young dog,she would be survived until we came. Yes..it was exactly one year that at last we did with the help of Groovy Pet Transport.

Nida did contact Mr. Juda - Groovy Pet through email...to ask for help. They tried their best to find out how to get the dog out of Sumba island - where is so far South from their base in Jakarta... It was a miracle...we could said. Luna was shipped to Kupang, Timor, then to Jakarta immediately. All the gates open for her to be free... Little Dalmatian Luna. The mission was successful...Tears and joy came to everybody's face when hearing the story.

Little Luna..had a great time with Groovy Pet and friends in Jakarta more than one month. She knows everybody in the shop and everbody loves her. Nida flied to Jakarta to see her daughter. We
decided to ship her to stay with my mother in France..as we can't take care of her for the moment. Yes..for friends in Indonesia...not long it's time to say Good Bye. It was so sad..but so happy at the same time to learn that at last she be back home.

We are all happy and would like to thank Groovy Pet - Mr.Juda & Ms.Lucy, Ms.Doris and the team...especially..Mrs. Agus.. Without your great help, Luna might die in Sumba island before we could rescue her out.

We are here also to thank IPATA to have such a good memeber who having not only high standard in service but also..they are real dog lovers... They have done the great job..indeed.

I was truly impressed with the professional approach Happy Tails gave to me
and Casper. They pulled out all the stops after I contacted them to arrange
a flight from the USA to the UK and got me the best deal possible. If it had
not been for Happy Tails I would have either had to leave my dog behind or
had him put to sleep and neither of these two options were acceptable to me.
The staff did their utmost... when I emailed or called asking what was going
on or if there had been any progress - they were always happy to help and
give me advice. I don't plan on taking Casper abroad again, but if I do,
then I would certainly use Happy Tails!
