IPATA Basics Workshop for Pet Shippers
A BASIC's WORKSHOP covering the "how-to's" and "where-to's" needed for those that are just starting out in the pet shipping business . . or those who wish a refresher course. Learn industry terminology, how to measure pets for kennels, calculating freight prices, how to find country regulations, documentation requirements and much more. Plenty of reference materials and lots of tips for your own business.
Workshop registration includes Continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks, as well as an invitation to attend IPATA's Icebreaker Reception Saturday evening. Attendees also have access to a copy of the speakers' presentations and handouts.
IPATA International Conferences IPATA has been holding an annual conference each year since it was formed in 1979. The topics may change as the pet shipping industry changes but the purpose is always the same - to share, to learn and to network - vital keys to providing more professional services to our clients and the pet shipping industry. Conference registration includes
Attendance at the Icebreaker Reception on Saturday evening, lunches and morning/afternoon breaks on Monday and Tuesday. Attendees also have access to all of the presentations during the conference, including handouts from the speakers, when available. Networking is encouraged through open forum discussions and sharing of brochures and other company materials among conference attendees.
